Dream School: Why Are You Interested In Ucf

I’m often asked ‘Why UCF’ when people ask me this question.

Light up UCF was my first UCF experience. I was only seven when I went. I would be at any UCF event. The vibrant campus of UCF immediately caught my attention. The outstanding medical program at UCF, which has influenced me greatly to want to attend the college, is a major factor in my decision to attend. After knowing for years that UCF would be the college I attended in the future, I started reading statements by students and alumni. I was surprised to discover that the relationship between professors and students in UCF is one that few colleges have. The extracurricular programs offered by UCF blew my mind. After participating in sports, clubs and other organizations my entire life, I have come to value extracurricular activities as well as a strong curriculum in colleges. UCF is the perfect fit for me. UCF has been my dream university for as long as I can remember. It will remain my top choice. The University of Central Florida is my first choice because of its liveliness, location and academics. I also chose it for the personal connection that we have, as well as the activities. My family was a key part of my social and academic development. My family has always encouraged and supported me in my academic development. In my family, hard work is a way to achieve personal fulfillment. We are self-sufficient and independent when necessary. Their guidance on the importance of education and independence has played a crucial role in my development. My family has always valued education. I’m grateful to my family for being so brutal in their descriptions of the benefits of an education. By telling me stories about people they thought didn’t require schooling, they instilled a sense of educational value in me. This method showed me how grades are important. The job security was also stressed, which in today’s economy is a necessity. The stories that I heard of friends and relatives being terminated from their jobs, as well as people who had lost their jobs in the workplace, have made me more determined to complete my education. The second benefit I would like to hear is how education can make you a more dynamic citizen. Knowledge of our planet helps me develop the skills I need to make a positive contribution to society. Also, having a good understanding of politics allows me to become a more informed and responsible voter. I have learned to work hard and to always strive to do my best. I am determined to achieve this goal and I plan to start my college career at the University of Central Florida.
